To work with Elena on manifesting my vision into my business was a process of real birth. We will share, remember and embody 4 main parts of our lives, one for each month, weaving wisdom and practices from these spheres : menstrual cycle/cyclical living, women’s archetypes, and herbalism. MENSTRUALITY & CYCLICAL LIVING
The starting point of a self empowerment journey for a woman is to reconnect and own the incredible power residing in her cyclical nature. We will dive deep into the menstrual cycle, the phases and the energies that we are confronted with every month as a way to make peace with your menstruality. Finding love for yourself and your body. You will learn how to live in alignment with your cycle in order to find ease in your everyday life.
WOMEN’S ARCHETYPES & RITUALS
You are not one woman: inside of you are limitless expressions of who you are. In this journey we will give space to all parts of us to be unleashed and freely expressed through learning about four main women’s archetypes. Through rituals and embodiment practices, you will learn to make embrace with love and compassion all parts of yourself, so that you won’t have to hide them anymore in your daily life.
HERBALISM & EARTH-BODY CONNECTION
One of the core problems of our disconnection from ourselves and our bodies is that we are also disconnected from the natural world. We will use plants and herbs as healing allies for our journey, learning the basics of herbalism and the benefits some plants bring us. Remembering our connection to Mother Earth means remember that we are one with her. Integrating practices of connection to Nature is key for our mental and physical health.
