1. Program Overview

The TerraLuna Sisterhood is an empowering four-month online mentorship designed for women and those who identify as such. It offers a transformative journey through self-care, cyclical living, and the healing power of sisterhood. For more details, please visit our program page here.

2. Eligibility

The program is open to all women and individuals who identify as women. No specific eligibility criteria beyond gender identification are required for participation.

3. Enrollment and Booking

• Limited spots are available, and interested participants are encouraged to join our waitlist.
• Waitlist members will receive early notifications when booking opens.
• Bookings can be made through our website using the MemberPress plugin with Stripe checkout.

4. Refund Policy

• Participants can request a full refund until the end of the first course week, no questions asked.
• A 20% administrative fee will be retained for processing refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

• All program content is owned by Rising Rooted or its parent company.
• Participants are prohibited from sharing program content or access and may only use the materials for personal purposes.
• Access to recordings will expire one week after the course concludes.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Engage respectfully with fellow members and facilitators.
• Maintain the confidentiality of shared experiences within the community.
• Adhere to the guidelines provided for each activity and session.

7. Dispute Resolution

• We strive to resolve any issues amicably. Participants are encouraged to contact us directly with any concerns.
• In the unlikely event of a dispute, we prefer mediation as the first step towards resolution.

8. Limitations of Liability

• The content provided in TerraLuna Sisterhood is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
• Rising Rooted is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the application of the program content.

9. Amendments

The Terms & Conditions are fixed for the duration of the course and will not be altered once a participant has enrolled.
