1. Program Overview

The Rising Rooted Community is the 1st online community of its kind. For fempreneurs and leaders in the wellness and healing world who wish to reclaim their power, living a successful life on their own terms. For more details, please visit our program page here.

2. Eligibility

The program is open to all women and individuals who identify as women. No specific eligibility criteria beyond gender identification are required for participation. However the Community targets specifically fempreneurs and leaders from the wellness and healing world.

3. Enrollment and Booking

• Interested participants are encouraged to join our waitlist.
• Waitlist members will receive early notifications when booking opens.
• Bookings can be made through Skool via Stripe Checkout.

4. Refund Policy

After subscribing the membership can be terminated anytime. Without any hidden costs.

5. Intellectual Property

• All program content is owned by Rising Rooted or its parent company.
• Participants are prohibited from sharing program content or access and may only use the materials for personal purposes.
• Access to recordings will expire with termination of the membership.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Engage respectfully with fellow members and facilitators.
• Maintain the confidentiality of shared experiences within the community.
• Adhere to the guidelines provided for each activity and session.

7. Dispute Resolution

• We strive to resolve any issues amicably. Participants are encouraged to contact us directly with any concerns.
• In the unlikely event of a dispute, we prefer mediation as the first step towards resolution.

8. Limitations of Liability

• The content provided in the Rising Rooted Community is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
• Rising Rooted is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the application of the program content.

9. Amendments

The Terms & Conditions are fixed for the duration of the course and will not be altered once a participant has enrolled.
